The hotel couldn't find our reservation, despite a confirmed email. They had rooms but wouldn't honor our paid rate, which made for a frustrating experience.

From skeptic to believer

The location was perfect for my early work routine, and I enjoyed the modern look of the hotel. Dahlia at check-in was exemplary, and breakfast had delicious options to start the day.

Unfortunately, my sleep was disrupted by noise from other guests, which made for an uncomfortable stay. I also found the bedding to be less than ideal for a good night’s rest.

The vinyl flooring felt cheap and uninviting!!! The absence of a closet in the room was odd and made storing belongings tricky!!!

The lobby at Tru was inviting, with comfy seating and fun games that kept my child entertained. Breakfast was a treat, with a great selection that set us up for a day of exploring. We really enjoyed our family getaway!

My kids wished there were more activities for them to do during the day. It would be fantastic if the hotel offered scheduled family-friendly events to keep the little ones busy.

Clean rooms, friendly staff.

I had an awesome stay with my friends. The lobby had great games and cozy spots to chill. We went to the Philadelphia Zoo and enjoyed the nearby attractions. The breakfast was a nice surprise, with plenty of options to fuel our adventures.

However, we did have an awkward experience with some loud guests. It seemed like our kids were wrongly accused of causing noise, which was uncomfortable for everyone involved.

The lobby felt inviting with games, and I loved the fitness center that exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect for nearby shopping and activities. My room was clean and comfy.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Tru By Hilton Audubon Valley Forge. The lobby was spacious and inviting, featuring comfortable seating and games, which made it easy for seniors to relax and socialize. I felt truly welcomed during my visit.
